康熙 Kangxi Peachbloom Amphora Shaped Vase

An unusual vase stoutly potted of slender elegant ovoid form with a tall waisted neck rising to a flared mouth rim, applied overall with an even toned bubble suffused peachbloom glaze which fades to green where it stops short of the foot rim. The mark and period of Kangxi in underglaze blue is painted under a clear glaze on the slightly concave base.
清代 Qing Dynasty, 康熙 Kangxi Period (1662-1722)
Height: 5 5/8" (14.3cm)
Condition: Excellent.
