A fine pair of well potted bowls with steeply rounded sides rising from a ring foot covered inside and out with a lovely chocolate brown-toned cafe au lait glaze. On the base in underglaze blue under a clear slightly orange peeled glaze is the six character kaishu mark of the 光緒 Guangxu emperor, Zaitian.
