A fine brushrust modeled in the shape of three mountain peaks formed by simulated bamboo strips painted in the typical susancai colors of green, yellow and aubergine. The base is unglazed revealing the fine compact paste. An almost identical brushrest from Mallie & Co., Paris, sold Sotheby's Amsterdam.
