乾隆 Qianlong Langyao Pear Shaped Vase

A Qianlong vase of elongated pear shaped form rising from a slightly splayed foot to a widely flaring neck covered in a rich Langyao hong (sang de boeuf) glaze thinning from the mouth rim exposing a white rim and darkening at the foot where the glaze stops above the foot rim showing a burned line in the biscuit. The glaze exhibits a hard to see craquelure. The recessed bottom covered in a clear glaze.
清代 Qing Dynasty, 乾隆 Qianlong Period (1736-1795)
