A large bowl with deep rounded sides flaring slightly at the lipped rim raised on a tall ring foot covered in a deep rich iron red (rouge de fer) glaze. The interior and base are glazed white and on the base between concentric circles in underglaze blue an early shell mark enclosed by a double square line borders.
