An unusual pair of miniature iron red (rouge de fer) mallet form (yaolingping) vases. The bases and interiors covered in European green (also known as lake green). The bases bearing the zhuanshu seal mark and of the period of Jiaqing, the marks in iron red reserved within a square of clear glaze.
