Small 康熙 Kangxi Famille Verte Rouleau Vase (Bangchuiping)

A small famille verte rouleau (Bangchuiping) vase, painted in black enamel on the neck
with bamboo and a zig-zag flower diaper border on the shoulder with the remains
of a further line border evident. Painted on the body is a
lady carrying a box leaving a man seated at a table playing the game of weiqi. Upon the base is the six character
kaishu mark of Kangxi enclosed within double rings in underglaze blue and of
the period. |
