雍正 Yongzheng Famille Rose Large Jar

A fine large bulbous jar with a short flaring neck well painted in famille rose enamels/ruancai, (during the Qianlong era called yangcai) and gilt with a continuous panoramic scene of women and children at various activities beneath elaborate borders decorating the shoulder and neck. On the recessed base painted in underglaze blue within concentric circles is the mark and period of the Yongzheng Emperor.
