A blue and white bowl with barbed rim and molded lotus petal panels. Each panel decorated with an individual China rose or jonquil  flower beneath alternating  larger representations of China rose or jonquil flowers enclosed between double line borders.  The interior rim painted with a four petal perwinkle flower border. The interior well further painted within a double line circle with foliage and blossoming periwinkles and roses. On the base between concentric circles is an apocryphal 成化Chenghua reign mark.

Condition: Excellent, typical minute glaze rim frits, iron spot on interior.
