17th C Late 明代 Ming Bombé Censer

A 17th C late 明代 Ming bombé bronze form censer, the compressed bulbous body sits atop a splayed foot, rising to a slightly everted flat rim with opposing male lion-headed handles mounted on the shoulder covered in an ivory toned glaze. The interior is unglazed.
Height:  2 7/8" (7.3cm)  Diameter mouth:  5 5/16" (13.5cm)
Condition:  Excellent, firing crack on one lion head handle.
