Large 早明 Early Ming Celadon Censer

A large early Ming  早明 Zhejiang Longquan celadon tripod censer, the bowl decorated with a freely incised lotus flower scroll with a combed wavy line centered on the waisted neck below the flat everted rim and raised rib band above the body. The whole covered inside and out with a crackled bluish-green transparent glaze. The unglazed countersunk base and patch on the interior are burnt red in the firing.

Condition:  Restoration to one leg, firing glaze imperfections.
