An 18th century dome-shaped water pot of similar shape to a taibo zun decorated with three underglaze blue medallions of an archaistic bifurcated kui dragon encircled by a pattern of linked ruyi heads beneath a crackled clear glaze. At the rim and base are two fine blue line borders. On the bottom are underglaze blue concentric circles beneath a crackled clear glaze.
清代 Qing Dynasty, 康熙 Kangxi Period (1662-1722)
Condition:  Excellent, no chips, cracks or restoration, slight warp of mouth opening.
