A fine blue and white saucer painted simply with three floral bouquets consisting of peonies and periwinkles delicately rendered in varying tones of blue pigment all encircled by a spearpoint border with a single line border just below the rim. The exterior is decorated with a double line border just below the rim and another above the foot. On the base written in kaishu script is the mark and period of the Guangxu Emperor.
